Founders Committee

Our loyal committees in Philadelphia and New York have been with us from the very beginning. They continue to be a strong link in the Coalition chain of people empowering people to stand together. For years, the two Highlander events have been the mainstay for the Community Coalition. Old and new friends attend the Highlander event to ensure that the good work of the Coalition continues.

Young Leaders Committee

Looking to the future, the Community Coalition has developed two programs focused on educating younger adults in both Pennsylvania and New York.

Known as "Young Friends of the Community Coalition" in the Philadelphia area and "Tomorrow's Leaders" in New York, these groups are led by committees made up of individuals who have a strong belief in the Coalition's mission and who want to contribute to the better welfare of others. The committees also strive to involve their peers in promoting social awareness, and social responsibility.
